This form is for reporting the whereabouts of jobsites and contractors performing electrical work within the jurisdiction of Local Union No. 910. The Local Union will utilize this information to organize contractors, organize workers, enforce portability and ensure timely benefit reciprocity. The information you submit will remain confidential.
