EJATC of Watertown is co-sponsored by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 910 (IBEW 910) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Northern New York Chapter (NNY NECA). The National Joint Apprenticeship Committee (NJATC) has developed uniform standards that are adopted and used nationwide by local programs to select and train thousands of men and women each year.
